Company pool table, free snacks and coffee, locker room camaraderie - a fun place to work if you have a year or two of work experience and would like to make decent money in sales, but you will be pressured to make your numbers using their system (a lot of cold calling).

Minpunten

Rigid business practices, not open to new ideas or approaches, lack of respect for clients and suppliers, owner with inflated sense of knowledge and importance.

My direct boss was very helpful and the culture is a fun environment, lots of young employees.

Minpunten

Very overworked with little pay and no option to get a raise until your year anniversary. The president has an inflated sense of importance and not a lot of respect. There's also no HR or Employee Relations in place so it's hard to be able to get your opinion out without the rest of the company hearing about it.
