Youngish management. They are always hiring.

Minpunten

Management is conflicted about whether to stick with their channel partners, or to go direct to customers. High turn over (which leads to constant hiring). Pay is sub-par. Give lip service to values that they don't practice. Product is really old (from 1995).

Notable has a "no walls" culture that allows you access to all individuals. The mentoring is there, if you want it. The hours at the main office are very reasonable, not much overtime. There are a lot of very bright people in the company who can teach one quite a bit.

Minpunten

No training to speak of, you have to jump in and learn yourself. A smallish company, there is little room for advancement within the company, and those who get promoted just end up with more responsibilities. The benefits are sub-par for a company of this size, and the compensation is average at best. A lot of times there is no sense of urgency to solve a problem, which is odd in a technology company. There's quite a bit of nepotism in the company.
