Don't feel appreciated by corporate. Not consistent with raises.

Our employees are very important to us, and without them, we could not provide the quality care that our clients need. Raises are given based on multiple factors that are reviewed carefully by our management team. In addition to pay, our employees may be eligible for the following based on their position: medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off and paid holidays, 401(k), employee discounts, tuition assistance, an employee assistance program, and other company perks such as daily pay. Meaningful work supporting hospice patients with compassionate, urgent care. Opportunity to make a real difference in end-of-life comfort and symptom management. Some dedicated colleagues who care deeply about patients.

Minpunten

Extremely high leadership turnover: 3 different Pharmacists-in-Charge in the last 6–8 months, leading to constant shifts in expectations, inconsistent enforcement of policies, and added daily stress. Shared-facility setup with another brand creates workflow inefficiencies (e.g., overcrowded storage increasing error risk) and frequent escalations of minor, quickly resolved discrepancies that are disproportionate to the actual risk. Cultural and operational mismatch between brands results in territorial dynamics and unnecessary tension. Overall environment feels unstable and high-stress, with limited flexibility for patient-priority tasks.
