Our director asks us to work on weekends openly in the stand up. Always reminds the team if you don't deliver you'll be replaced by someone else. They don't care or listen to developers/Qa they deliver features with bugs. They don't want manual qa in any team, developers only need to do manual test write automation tests Worst people management, Everybody is scared of loosing jobs. directors no they are dictators.

The new leadership is making intentional, calculated decisions and communicating effectively. They've already been able to impact the workforce by introducing new tools and removing red tape.

Minpunten

There's still some leftover culter of finger pointing and blame but I know this is top of mind to fix.
