Great job flexible hours and bosses

Very tough on attendance not alot of room to grow

Initially the people were good and the physicians were good

After new CEO transitioned in and good people left and new people with no leadership skills came in, the company took a turn for the worse. no training processes for new employees (you're left to figure things out with no direction. CEO has no leadership or people skills. Can treat people horribly and berate people openly. Certain key managers spent more time looking for people to throw under the bus than spent taking care of their clients. One Director played favoritism and treated "non" favored employees like dirt. Too many other issues to list. This company was once a great place to work but a bad business decision made by the CEO to buy another company has financially broken the company and the loss of good employees and key leaders being replaced by inept people has brought this company down. New CFO is cleaning house by eliminating jobs and prepping to sell out. This is no longer a stable company.
