On top of all that, Opal meaningfully improves the security posture of customers all the while helping their employees get access to the tools they need. The team moves fast but also pays close attention to quality. Leadership is thoughtful and with very little ego.

As a small startup, there is not too much structure/clearly defined processes and roles. This may not be for everyone but may change as the company grows. Work-life balance may be a challenge for some without some careful boundary-drawing: Opal employees work hard out of their own volition.
