Toxic management with poor communication, lack of accountability, and zero support for employees. Leadership regularly undermines staff and disregards feedback. Chaotic workload that is constantly shifting with unrealistic expectations and no clear direction or prioritization. Burnout is the norm, not the exception. Broken product that doesn’t deliver on basic promises to clients. As a result, customer service is overwhelmed and constantly in damage control. No work-life balance or respect for employees' time and wellbeing. You're expected to do the work of three people with no appreciation.
