Pluspunten
The company pays for a lot of incidentals like internet and basic medical co-pays. There are bi-yearly company meetings meant to "treat" employees to evenings out and camaraderie. Many of the employees are amazing people who love working together and problem solving. Schedules are malleable to fit your lifestyle in certain departments. If you're looking for a job that's steady as long as you say "yes" all the time, you'll have a place there.
Minpunten
First, the company is behind the times on vacation and holiday leave. There are only something like 6 paid holidays per year and those are one offs. You will only get 10 days of PTO each year the first five years. Salaries are below market value as well. Don't expect a raise ever. They simply aren't given out. The CEO is disorganized and runs his company on whims; this includes projects, pipelines, departments, and even individual employment. There is zero structure. The product itself used to be revolutionary, but now lags behind modern technology because of a refusal to embrace advances in cybersecurity and the tech field. There is very little innovation and development, and in the years I was employed I saw many visionaries who were fired for trying to push innovation or they quit out of sheer frustration for not being heard. If you really want to make advancements in cybersecurity, find a better company.
