Upper management is absolutely horrible. They are neglectful of anything related to safety, and do not view their employees as human beings. This is no exaggeration. More than one person had health issues from working here, and one I know had cancer. Their facilities are in disrepair. I don't mean that they could be better, I mean they are going to get someone killed. I had to fight tooth and nail with them to fix or provide even the most basic safety equipment, such as fume hoods that didn't pull air, H2 and CO gas alarms, etc. They also completely lied to me about pay raises and bonuses. Above all else, upper management truly are not good people. They act like slimy car salesmen. This is also no exaggeration. When COVID hit, they invested more time and energy into shaming people who were concerned for their safety than they did genuinely addressing the tight quarters or lack of masks. The day I left, I caught managers lying about disinfecting protocols in the building. They were not even being performed. Do not work here. You deserve better, no matter your level of education.
