1. Nice Environment 2. Friendly Co-workers 3. Flat Management Chain 4. New Technology to onboard everyday 5. Fast moving culture

Minpunten

1. Non-Competitive Pay. No Yearly Salary refresh. 2. A lot of Overtime due to Aggressive sales trying to sell big for less 3. Bonus is very small and is not enough to motivate Architect taking on more projects or overtime. 4. No room for training, no time to develop ourselve.
