Bangalore office has 2 day work from office (wed and thur). Office time is flexible, you can come and leave at your convenience. They provide snacks in the evening and one day lunch in the month.

Initially, it can be a bit tough. Since most team members have over 14 years of experience, I sometimes felt awkward asking "silly" questions. There are no employee engagement activities; it is mostly a come, do your work, and go home environment.
