- Growing pains associated to transforming into a SaaS company. - Hyper-focus on margin inhibits true innovation/process improvement in the traditional LOBs. - Still an old boy network despite all the efforts to portray itself otherwise. - Limited opportunities for promotion unless you come from a certain set of demographics. - No meaningful feedback cycles on performance. You are literally expected to figure things out without any guidance, unless you are part of the key demographic groups. - Employees that don't live in Boston are generally treated as second class citizens. - Infrequent raises and promotions, even for well-performing employees
