Unethical business practices, billing issues/concerns for qualifications of staff members, staff safety not a concern, major for profit not for people atmosphere. No clinical experience among leadership or people making decisions about business practices.

Staff care about the clients

Minpunten

Constant changes to roles, pay structure, policies, procedures. Lack of support to properly do the work. Leadership doesn't care about staff or the clients, only numbers and money. They are punitive and will take things such as holiday pay unless you meet unrealistic metrics. They say they are open to feedback but if you disagree you end up being pushed out
