      Relatively good bonus. Kids are cute. Everyone come together with a shared goal which is to help the children. Follow mainstream school holidays

      Can get pretty exhausting esp towards the end of the school term

      Pluspunten

      Good flexible work hours, if no meetings can wfh after students go home. Generally follow school holiday scheme with much needed block leave for staff to rest.

      Minpunten

      Timetable is horrible - thats why no mainstream teachers want to stay here in sped. High teaching hours and workload for staff, some days don't even have a break at all from 730 till dismissal. When others MC, we end up covering for relief support and work much harder.
