Very unhappy for a long time - werkgeversreview Manager bij Pernod Ricard North America

Work/life balance is non-existent. You're not rewarded based on your performance. Their performance review process is the most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced! Management seems to only care about their image as opposed to the well-being of the employees. The morale is very low, but Management does not seem to care about that. I would actually recommend this company to my worst enemy...just to make him/her suffer!
