Working at Pierry has been one of the most enriching experiences of my professional career. I have performed multiple job functions at this company and my professional capabilities have grown in ways that I never imagined that they could. I learn something new every day and I find that it is extremely rewarding to be consistently surrounded by intelligent, motivated, and skilled professionals. I am thrilled to come to a job every day where my work is varied, I am constantly challenged, and where success is recognized. This company has come a long way since I started at Pierry and it has been amazing to see how much we have grown as a business and the footprint that we have been able to leave in the digital marketing space. Working in the professional services industry is difficult. There are a number of constant challenges our teams face when performing work for our customer base. The greatest con of working at Pierry is that there are not always clear-cut solutions to problems, and certain situations take a lot of initiative and brain power to solve correctly. There are support systems are in place to assist our teams with trying times, but there is always room for improvement.
