Lots of cons are there: 1. always try to do micro management 2. no appraisal / hike 3. always try hire employee who is ready to come with lesser pay or no Hike 4. If you have any issue and approaching the HR , then after 1 or 2 time HR will not receive your call , or not reply to your mail or not come to you and try everything so that employee cann't reach to HR. 5. Don't give leaves however you have enough leaves in you bucket which can lapse last month of the year. There are too many cons apart from above mentions points.
