- people - atmosphere - free membership - 4-day work week

Minpunten

- on call 1-2 times per month for things mostly out of your control - terrible pay - 40k base salary with 1k annual raises… - only allowed a lunch break if you do not take class that day - 4 day work week unless a teacher cannot find a sub then you have to do it - obscene hours

More freedom can make structure difficult. But the leadership team does a great job listening to and implementing feedback.

Minpunten

Pay is not the best so I wouldn't recommend it being your sole source of income as a teacher. Opportunities for raises are minimal and are subject to only a certain number of teachers each year.
