Pluspunten
1) The data analyst who interviewed me taught me so much, hung out with me outside the office, was a mentor and a great friend (and still is), and even helped me land my new job, which I absolutely love. This extends to the other data analysts, Head of Product, and Senior Data Analyst. They are incredibly genuine, nice, and super smart people. Indebted to having learned so much and being able to apply it to my new job.
2) Awesome Management: Head of Product, CEO, Director of Finance/Accounting, CTO. All very smart and personable.
3) The office is very nice, free coffee was a huge plus
4) You can wear many hats and work on several different projects. Changing up the day makes it more stimulating since the work itself requires a high level of diligence.
Minpunten
If you do not 1)know what PrivCo does, 2)are lazy, 3)do not prepare for the interview (which they are more than kind in helping you prepare for), or especially 4) do not love what you do, you will not be happy.
You will learn a lot, guaranteed, but only if 1)you're a self-starter, 2)are smart, 3)are willing to learn and be humble, and 4)LOVE DATA. If you are the following, definitely apply! If not, do not waste their (or your) time. It will be a long summer.
