Small company with friendly people Lab personnel was very friendly Commute was easy Room to grow with company

CEO was not open to changes or suggestions Had a plan in mind that I was not apart of Never provided a monthly review as to status of sales Never given any indication my job was in jeopardy

Pluspunten

Hours are flexible, I started off part time and when I was able, I moved to full time. They pay me top dollar for a specimen collector and the coworkers are kind and easy to work with.

Minpunten

Travel can be a part of it. I have moved between a few towns working at different offices as a specimen collector for progressive. It's not so much a con but may not be possible for everyone. They did pay me for my mileage whenever I did travel.

Company has a big goal to be the premier diagnostic facility in CT. Management is focused on achieving that status, and have done a great job in getting alignment within the company.

Minpunten

Benefits are expensive, as this is still a relatively small company.
