Senior managers have autocratic management styles straight from the dark ages. They use bullying & demoralising staff as a tool to control. Regularly shouting across the open plan office & banging fists on tables. Good people sacked on the spot for little or no reason except for standing up to the bullies. Staff that remain are in fear that they will turn on them next ( which they will until they only have subordinate pleasers who are willing to work every hour & weekends for little pay) Incompetent supervisors in the collections team .Micro management of staff. Their role appears to be as watchdogs for senior management. Zero work life balance. Expect to work 3-4 hours overtime per day & a weekend a month to pass probation period or you will be considered as 'not putting in extra effort' Highest staff turnover I have ever experienced, people either sacked on the spot, leave or walk out. Toxic environment. Attitude from management flows down.
