No Medical benefits, no insurance, people are polite but do politics at back. Strict timings. they put false reviews here to make it look a good/decent company but trust me never join this company, while offering they even declare the timings in offer letter which you sign and will tell everything is fine but once you join you will regret. Also there is no learning.No BENEFITS at all even service companies have more benefits.

Horrible IT director. Contradicts what he says. All he cares is call count. If he doesn't like you, your year end bonus is going to be little to nothing. No growth at all.
