Minpunten
The company offers a relatively low salary, and the management can feel disorganized at times. Given the rising cost of living, the salary provided can be somewhat discouraging. Higher pay seems to be achievable mainly if you have certain "connections." Initially, I felt grateful for the opportunity and the salary, but seeing the broader environment, my motivation to work here has often dipped.
Additionally, I find the management here to be quite unstructured. Even basic things, like a clear organizational hierarchy, are unclear, leading to multiple and often conflicting directives.
