      Nationwide network of professionals. A large variety of clients especially for a midsize public accounting firm. You do get to work with a diverse group of clients and people.

      Minpunten

      To many Politics. there are far too many cliques in order to succeed you need to be a part of a strong clique. Work Life balance is non existent , they think just by feeding their employees they can justify by working us 60+ hours. Its not just busy season hours either, these hours apply 8 months out of the year.

      If you are in the right team, with good seniors and good managers you will have a good time with the work. Hybrid was a very nice touch, they were pretty good about allowing you your two days at home if you wanted them. Benefits were decent

      Minpunten

      Very, very team dependent. A ton of seniors seriously don't want to teach at all. I remember coming up, and even after I was a senior, listening to people complain so much that they got a first year, and they did not want to teach them or didn't have time to. Its a huge popularity contest on if you get good jobs or not. Partners will make you work the most crap jobs and keep all the good jobs for their favorites. They use and abuse people so often. Got laid off 1 day after the busy season.
