Support of balance between home and work life. Benefits were good. Most fellow employees were a pleasure to work with.

Minpunten

Slow to move on new projects. Foreign owned so there were some culture issues with the 'father land'.

My manager was super supportive, kind, and a great leader. Working from home allowed me next level flexibility and incentivized me to work harder. Always got shoutouts in meeting for good performance.

Minpunten

Pay is a little low to begin with and you don't get paid for holidays in your probationary period.
