Strict deadlines. No salary increment given in 2016. Very poor infrastructure, no security guard in Bangalore office. COO interferes in project without having any knowledge or information of the background. Poor work life balance. Due to the tight deadlines committed by the sales team and COO, you will have to work in the weekends most of the time. No comp off or benefits for working in the weekends. Senior level employees are rude and dumb, intelligent people don't work in such companies. High attrition rate. Fake positive reviews in glass door, I think the management has only one task - writing positive reviews. The work environment is very unpleasant. Forget about your personal life, you have to work like a daily wage laborer.
