      Nothing to Mention.. Highly Unorganized , Selfish and political Management....

      Everything is so unorganized and every body does nothing but does finger pointing at other departments... People walk around the whole day making fun of one another and yelling on top of their voice that they are busy.. And at the end they would en up leaving late from work obviously because they didn't do anything during the day wasting time in Meetings or chit chatting. Then they claim that they are having to stay back late because they have so much to to do.. No respect for time or people's effort.. Every body is always so reactive... No one ever wants to be pro active at all.
