The company's leadership has changed direction over the past several years. The Sr. Management has become entitled and closed door. It is no longer an environment of innovation, passion or humor...instead it is long hours with little praise or pay. The culture has changed as well...it use to be about the living the brand and offered a flexiblity for work life balence. It is not more about long hours with less passion and awarness of employees at the front line by sr. management. There are many org changes that happen several times a year without any communication from leaders...or lack of leaders.
