The company culture fosters a hostile work environment, lacking HR support to address these issues. Lack of In-House Expertise: As a regulatory consulting company, RegASK has no in-house regulatory experts. All regulatory consultants are part-time or contractors, which compromises the quality and reliability of their services. Questionable Hiring Practices: The company recently onboarded a job-hopping CRO who spent less than 12 months in his last three roles and brought his entire sales team with him, causing significant disruption. Misleading Office Locations: Despite claims of having offices in Switzerland and the USA, RegASK only operates out of Singapore. This misrepresentation undermines trust and credibility.
