Senior colleagues are approachable, experienced, and genuinely invested in mentoring junior team members. I’ve learned a lot just by collaborating with them on challenging projects. Overall, Rensol Technologies has a positive environment that motivates you to do your best work.

So far, I haven't encountered any significant cons

Gives flexibility to work . Ask all individuals to give their views rather then imposing decisions on..we work hard and then their is time ,the company organises a party once every quarter

None at this time, may be sales team should also focus on getting orders in different technologies
