Dog friendly if that's your thing. Rotating Fridays off, otherwise 1/2 day Fridays. Possibly a good starting point right out of college if you have no other work experience. There is a gym on campus. There's kind of a laissez-faire culture where no one seems to care what you do as long as you get your work done.
Minpunten
This feels like a company who hasn't really figured out how to be a stable, "grownup" organization. There is still some ambiguity with the hierarchical structure of the organization. You don't really have a manager in the traditional sense. There are team leads, but they are mainly there to respond to technical questions. Seems like reviews and 1-on-1s aren't really a thing they do here to gauge performance and help you advance in your career.
The pay is abysmally low for most accounting roles, especially ones that require you to have a college degree. The entry level accounting roles are misrepresented as "accounting", but that is simply not true. You'll essentially spend the vast majority of your time processing in their slow, dysfunctional proprietary system, and shipping items out every day. The workload and expectations are extremely high, and management doesn't seem to care.
Benefits are the bare minimum in the industry. You'll have health insurance, but that's about it. No tuition reimbursement, no 401k match, and not much of anything else. PTO is capped at 80 hours. You can allegedly earn more, but only after you're under the 80 hour cap. There is hardly any investment back into their workforce other than an occasional catered lunch.
If you have really low expectations, and just need any ol' job to pay the bills, then this might work for you.
