None. Fresh to indeustry people get vendor specific training but there are a lot of catches attached to it.

Minpunten

Much below market rate pay. Management only interested in making money for themselves. They hire fresh graduates and trap them in legal contracts so that they can't leave without paying a heavy sum of money, which is almost impossible for graduates.

Minpunten

The team at large don't attend the office in person much at all. I feel overall cohesion and belonging would improve if attendance did. Management are too soft on this which is a good... and a bad thing.

Annual company kick off we got to go abroad for this. Quarterly company dinners Some of the staff are nice and can get along with well

Toxic environment is quite obvious as leadership are quick to blame and shame staff. As a result middle management do whatever they can to avoid responsibility wherever possible. Some colleagues are quite amateurish which puts pressure on other team members, mainly down to the fact most people are paid low salaries compared to industry average. Middle management do have their own clique in which they look out for each other. Turnover of staff is quite high in certain departments, I have seen staff told to come into the office early and then have a HR meeting in the morning and told to leave the organisation first thing. Senior leadership are reluctant to spend, which can make life difficult as the team as we don't have the resources needed to succeed.
