Pluspunten
Decent Benefits - they do the best they can with the resources they have, given an expensive medical insurance environment. Great Location - located in the heart of Midtown, it is in a wonderful location and the company pays for your parking. People - for the most part, while "eclectic," most people who work here are fairly nice.
Minpunten
1) Many of the top level executives are friends of the CEO and are not fit to even work at McDonalds. The CEO cannot sustain a successful business having friends with benefits, taking up space and money in corner offices. Those friends are going to have to produce something substantial at some point. 2) The level of micromanagement is unreal. You sincerely cannot make one decision without the CEO having his hand in it. That alone is frustrating and does not allow for career advancement. 3) The product is synonymous with Q-Basic. The software is so antiquated and causes many customers more problems than it good. It's almost an embarrassment to provide a software that looks like it hasn't seen an update since the days of Oregon Trail.
