I’m happy to be part of the Real Voices of SAFCO campaign because my experience here has honestly been a positive one from day one. Joining the Account Services team has already helped me grow both professionally and personally, and I have learned more in a short time than I expected. What stands out most to me is the support from leadership and coworkers. The managers are organized, approachable, and make sure employees have the resources they need to be successful. I especially appreciate how encouraging and understanding my manager has been throughout training and onboarding. My teammates have also been incredibly welcoming and always willing to help when needed. It really feels like a team environment where people want each other to succeed, and I am excited to continue building my future here at SAFCO.

Your day is always really busy, and you have to be ready for that. But that is the way you are successful here.

I thought SAFCO would be a great company to work for, but it turned out to be a lot more disappointing and dysfunctional than what I was initially led to believe.

- Zero support - Nonexistent training - Controlling leadership - Terrible work life balance - Working for SAFCO has been one of the most exhausting and frustrating experiences of my career - I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to work instead
