There is a lot of bias towards persons from Western countries and those who have been working for the organization for a long period. There are no appraisals and little remuneration, as well as excessive micromanagement by executives and their staff. Very centralized decision-making firm. stay away from this company, Stop irrelevant meetings.

- Flexibility to work from home - Provided a laptop

- Limited staff to manage projects - Projects staffed with limited experience on specific Salesforce products - One person oversaw projects and did not properly price projects to match the level of effort - Projects were resource-constrained - Most of the projects had internal deliverable conflicts - Team members were limited to the United States clients. Clients wanted US-based teams, and West Coast clients did not have options and had mostly team members who were not based in the United States
