The management does not really know what they do really. Managers are just re-purposed people from other parts of STRABAG SE with 20y of employment. We were part of new division of digitalisation and innovation - but these managers were not innovative at all, just being stuck in their old ways and therefore we were progressing slowly, going nowhere or doing illogical things. No one seem to be able to make firm decision and therefore everything was done halfway or never finished at all. Unbelievable amounts of money being spend on internally developed solution which an external company would be able to do in couple of months and for fraction of money. The digitalisation and innovation division is at the moment just a PR stunt,
