Mis-managed team - werkgeversreview Associate Software Developer bij Sabre

I had a terrible time working there as a developer for a year. My team spanned continents and there was a lot of miscommunication between members working from different continents. It was an absolute nightmare for me! But I do know that things have improved, with newer technologies being used and better compensation. I would say, one's experience is dependent on the team they are hired in.
