3yCEO response - Firstly, we have no former employees who have been with us for over 1 year. However, I brought out my business partner in September 2022. As a result of the business changes, I made several promotions; obviously, not everyone could be promoted. The timing of this negative review coincides with this period. Bullying is an accusation I take very seriously and is one I have never been accused of before this anonymous review. I talk to all my colleagues regularly, get their feedback, and act on it. We have employee reviews formally every quarter, which includes some time when views on how we perform as management and me as CEO are discussed. We also have employee meetings without management present with our NED to receive more open comments. Never have comments such as this been aired about me.
On the contrary, they are positive, with occasional encouraging advisories. I work long hours and go out of my way to promote a healthy working environment. I am an NCA special officer with the NCCU and a Certified Cyber Professional with the NCSC, taking my professional attitude very seriously. As CEO, the buck always stops with me, and I take responsibility and accountability for all of Samurai’s actions. These comments in the above review are false and defamatory.
This review, the one on the 10th of November and the one April 4th 2023 all occurred during the same individual's disciplinary proceedings. Which seems an interesting coincidence.
