Almost zero training and support, very toxic environment and culture. Upper management/corporate was never encouraging and always harped on the negative. The CEO was one of the most unprofessional individuals I've ever come into contact with, and the amount of undue stress she added to her people was remarkable. There were no raises or career advancement available. Unless there are new people at the top, I would not recommend working here.
