This job is not for the people looking to make a quick buck. Requires hard work and dedication, especially when learning processes and learning how to be successful. Door to Door in the heat or cold can be rough if not determined enough to succeed. This job is commission based but once you learn the system to being successful you can make very good money here. 6 days a week, but those that are determined enough will be thankful for the opportunities provided.

I started at Semper Solr day one. They have probably the best core values of any company I've ever worked for! Jose and his right hand man Andres really care about their employees and will do everything they can to make you succeed. If you put in the work and trust that they have your best interests in mind they will help you climb the ladder and even help you open your own office!

Because it was a baby company at the time there were kinks and growing pains out of their control at the beginning but they're in the rear view.
