Minpunten
the HR function and management practices raised serious concerns. The HR team appeared to lack sufficient understanding of local UK employment standards and GDPR requirements.
There were instances where staff salary information and personal data were discussed openly, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Concerns raised around data protection and confidentiality were not adequately addressed.
Overtime arrangements required employees to sign additional agreements, and employees were discouraged from seeking external advice or raising concerns through bodies such as ACAS. This created an environment where staff did not feel safe or supported to speak up.
