      Pluspunten

      - Great team dynamic. You get to work with some of the nicest and smartest people around. - There's a lot of trust and autonomy. You get to have a huge impact on the company with the work that you do day in and day out, and innovation is valued. - Exciting and engaging projects. - Great variety of products especially unique opportunities to work on social impact projects.

      Minpunten

      None that I can think of, but it is a very fast-paced culture. I found it to be exciting and rewarding, but for some who enjoy a regular 9-5, this may not be the right fit.

      Leadership team is ethical and cares about what they are doing. They also hire quality folks

      Minpunten

      They are kinda ramping down in volume, so not as much opportunity to work with them as before.

      Pluspunten

      The people are some of the brightest and the most humble coworkers I’ve ever had in my life. Leadership cares so much and I couldn’t imagine my life without the friendships I have made at this company. The work is rewarding in a challenging way. Clients are great and the products are so interesting.

      Minpunten

      I would say try your hardest to keep the company feeling small and close. Protecting the great community you have built is going to be hard work but it will be your greatest asset as you continue to grow.
