Great people. A lot of freedom with work, but everyone carries many different job titles and roles.

Upper management tries to get by with skeleton crew and does not pay what the employees should get.

There is only one reason to work at this company- the day to day employees. There is a friendship amongst the workers (non management) that is genuine.

This company is the former Wave2Wave Communications. Management is basically the same and it probably has gotten even worse. They are selfish, conniving, and self absorbed. Employees feel used and are not happy. Bills are not paid and the employees are lied to by management about the financials of the company.
