Growth at this company is limited and you're better off spending your effort finding another job. Most engineers that join start trying to leave the company after 3-6 months.

- Technical roles are extremely underpaid compared to industry standards - May need to work evenings due to collaboration with China team - Most projects are low traffic without much complexity - Company has a tendency to only hire new grads while having a high attrition, leading to a lack of mentorship - Poor office equipment (bad laptops, cheap monitors)
