This keeps the work engaging and provides great opportunities to learn and grow technically. The team culture is another strong point. Colleagues are supportive, approachable, and always willing to help, whether it’s brainstorming solutions or reviewing code. There’s a strong sense of collaboration without micromanagement, which makes it easy to take ownership while still feeling backed by the team. Overall, it’s an excellent environment for engineers who value learning, flexibility, and working on impactful projects with a supportive group of people.

Since the projects are quite dynamic and innovative, timelines can occasionally feel ambitious, requiring engineers to adapt quickly and manage shifting expectations.

It has been almost six years, and I still don’t feel the need to move elsewhere because I am constantly learning and growing here. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely people-focused. At this point, it really feels like being part of a family. A recent experience highlighted this for me. While traveling to a work event, we were stranded in Abu Dhabi due to political unrest. During that time, the founders (CEO and CTO) constantly checked in on us and made sure we were safe and able to return home without issues. Moments like that show how much the leadership truly cares about their people.
