Referred to de-facto managers as "team lead" which resulted in very poor task communication and task ownership from management level. CEO would only use communication channels to chastise employees directly with lengthy messages. Never documented compliments or congratulations. Built up documentation tailored to portray employees in negative perception to allow easy grounds for dismissal without contradiction.
