If the clients of SoCode knew how they operated, they would leave so fast. And many of them have!

A lot of potential in the coming years. Strong commission structure. Good office locations. Fun working environment.

Structure for more senior consultants and roadmap for future promotion - to be expected for a business of this size but it is getting better with more time and resource being put into this side of the business.
