Pluspunten
Smaller company with ability to make a direct impact. Fully remote with decent benefits.
Minpunten
Zero transparency from the executive team. Over the last year the all but a handful of people had left or were let go. Changes happen that throw the organization into chaos. Their strategy for letting employees go is a calendar invite out of the blue followed by a quick conversation. It was beyond cold and unprofessional. It was a punt to HR after being massively overworked. Seriously, don't take the negative reviews lightly. Most people last a couple months before leaving or being let go. If they don't, the VP or manager will leave instead. Take a look at the low reviews, they really do speak the truth. When I started I thought it must be an exaggeration, turns out it is not. The culture is about overwork and burnout. Once they drain all the work out of you they then blame you for things beyond your control. The company is toxic, just look at the fact they had to replace basically all the employees. Save yourself the pain of dealing with them. My guess is most people are polishing up their resumes.
