Where do I start? The CEO/Founder is the type of person that you don’t find everywhere. When working for Social Wizard you become more than just an employee, you become part of a family that really looks out for one another. There’s always open communication and everyone is held accountable regardless of their “title”. From the very moment there’s always learning going on and it’s never boring! There’s always something new and different going on as well as opportunities to grow. I came on as part time and moved my way into a full time role, where I’ve learned so much more than I could ever imagine. More startups should take Social Wizard as a model and roll with it because it’s an amazing company to work for.

Open communication in this workplace made it very easy and comfortable to bring up concerns and receive constructive feedback. I felt like the boss was looking out for me, not just the company which is not something you usually find at startups. There was also constant room to grow, after a few months I received an evaluation, raise, and praise for my hard work. The hours were great. It strays from the traditional 9-5 which makes for a very relaxed schedule. Marc often doesn't mind when you work as long as you get the work done. If we did have a meeting it was usually scheduled in the afternoon and in a laid-back setting. You have to be on time to conference calls with clients. This is a great place for someone looking to gain experience and grow with a company. Clients are very friendly and from all different industries.
