DEI focus is limited – DEI initiatives seem to only apply to women, with men overlooked for certain roles. 4. Poor management communication – Managers are often unresponsive and dishonest. 5. Unethical hiring practices – Employees are encouraged to mislead candidates about job conditions. If you're a man looking for a senior position, don't bother applying.

I have no pros that I can think of

Minpunten

I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
